Invoice Maker

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These terms apply to the Invoice Maker app for iPhone ("the app", "we"). By using the app, you agree to them. They add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.

Using the app

You may use the app to create invoices and estimates for yourself or your business. Don't use it for anything illegal, such as fake or misleading invoices.

Your content

The invoices, estimates, clients and other details you enter belong to you. You are responsible for checking that they are correct, including amounts, taxes and any rules for invoices in your country. The app is a tool and does not give tax, legal or accounting advice.

Free plan and Premium

The free plan includes 1 invoice or estimate in total. Premium unlocks unlimited invoices and estimates, more business profiles and reports. Premium is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription (which may start with a free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Subscriptions

Your data and backups

Your data is stored only on your iPhone, so we can't recover it if it's lost. Use Backup & Restore in Settings, or your iPhone's own backup, to keep a copy.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits from using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
